Meet Bella, founder of The Arch Room.
A passionate brow artist with a background in healthcare and an eye for detail.
After training and mentoring under an experienced brow artist, Bella launched The Arch Room in 2022 with a vision to create a welcoming space where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
Known for her client-first approach and beautifully tailored results, Bella has built a trusted studio focused on enhancing natural beauty while creating genuine connections with every client who walks through the door.
Outside of the salon, Bella loves travelling, keeping fit, spending time in nature, and making memories with her family, friends, partner, and her beloved fur baby, Nutella.
Nancy has been at the heart of the business for over 37 years, bringing decades of experience, knowledge and genuine care to the beauty industry.
Having built a trusted reputation with generations of clients, Nancy’s passion has always been about making people feel comfortable, confident and cared for. Her extensive experience and wealth of knowledge continue to be an important part of The Arch Room.
Today, Nancy remains part of The Arch Room team as our Office Coordinator, helping behind the scenes and ensuring our clients continue to receive the warm, personalised service the business has always been known for.

Skin Specialist & Dermal Clinician
Meet Sandy. Sandy is a dedicated Beauty Therapist who loves helping clients feel relaxed, confident, and truly cared for. Her favourite part of the job is building genuine connections with her clients and creating a welcoming environment where they can take time out for themselves and enjoy a positive, rejuvenating experience.
She enjoys all areas of beauty therapy, with a particular passion for treatments that leave clients feeling refreshed, empowered, and confident in their own skin.
Sandy is committed to continually expanding her knowledge and skills, staying up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and innovations within the industry.
Outside of the salon, Sandy enjoys expressing her creativity through makeup artistry and nail art. She looks forward to welcoming clients into the salon and helping them look and feel their very best.
Junior Assistant
Sienna
Meet Sienna. Sienna is currently studying beauty through her high school studies and has a special interest in brows (right up our alley 👀).
When she’s not studying, you’ll find her playing lots of basketball, watching movies and shows, or spending time with family and friends.
Sienna will be learning about our services, helping us film content and assist with some behind the scenes magic here at The Arch Room.

Nail Technician & Brow Artist
Meet Brooke. Founder of House of B (formerly Nailed by B)
With almost 7 years in the nail industry, Brooke has built her business around helping clients feel confident through beauty.
As House of B continues to grow, Brooke is also expanding into the brow industry and will now be offering brow services through The Arch Room, giving our team an extra hand.
After receiving extensive training by Bella, Brooke is ready to take on the brow game and continue evolving within the beauty industry
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her with an iced coffee or crispy Coke Zero in hand, watching reality TV, shopping, or spending time with her fur baby 🐾
